1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.
• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp with your order details.
• If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

2. Order Cancellation (After Shipping)

• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• You may be eligible for a return or exchange after receiving the product, based on our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refusal to Accept Delivery

• If you refuse to accept the delivery without a valid reason, you may be blacklisted from placing future orders.
